Parent Education Group/ Coffee Talk

Once monthly, parents attend Parent Education or Coffee Talk sessions, in which a facilitator shares valuable information regarding child development, family wellness and an array of topics designed to "enrich" the overall family unit. Throughout the year, parents may learn the importance of setting goals, and how to stay healthy and reduce stress. Parent Education sessions are facilitated in both English and Spanish. We also schedule group meetings and networking which are both important ways to provide social support to participants as they face the challenges of raising young children in today's world.
